APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you schedule your next visit prior to leaving the salon so we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.
CANCELLATIONS
In consideration of our other clients and our technicians, please give 24 hours notice of any cancellation. If advance notice is not given, we ask further appointments be reserved with a credit card.
RETURNS
Retail returned withing 14 days will be refunded by the original payment method or exchanged for another product.
